Can I be honest?
Starting this newsletter, a podcast, this whole space—I didn’t know if I’d ever really get here. Like many survivors, I was used to being interrupted. My truth. My intuition. My healing. All of it paused or questioned by someone louder, more certain, or more in control.
But I’ve learned something sacred about those pauses: sometimes, they hold power too. Sometimes, the pause is where the discernment begins.
In my first podcast episode, I speak about the space between healing and action—the moment when nothing seems to be happening, but everything is quietly rearranging itself inside of you.
It’s about waiting, resting, being still—not because you’re stuck, but because you’re wise enough to stop rushing.
Whether you're in that space now, or just coming out of it, this podcast—and this entire platform—is a place to honor the stillness, the slowness, and the strength it takes to choose yourself.

📚 My children’s book
I am me, and that is worthy is a story of self-worth written for little ones—but its truth is for all of us. We are worthy. We are enough. And we don't have to earn it.
Follow me here for gentle reminders, healing prompts, and community. It’s where I share in real-time, connect with readers, and post pieces of what doesn’t make it into the longer writing.
